You will need to make a small adjustment to your internet connection. You can view our youtube video for how to do this at https://youtu.be/5wXt-vOe_lA  or here are the written steps

1. select system settings   on the Nintendo switch main menu

2. scroll down to Internet and select

3. scroll over to the right and select internet Settings

4. switch will search for networks click the network you are using to connect to the internet

5scroll down to change settings and select

6. you should be at network name scroll down to DNS settings click DNS settings

7. select Manual

8. Now go down to Primary DNS, select and change to the following numbers

  104.238.130.180 and save

9. go to secondary DNS and enter 8.8.8.8  it will display as 008.008.008.008

10 save and back out of settings.

11 connect to minecraft and make sure you are fully logged in.

12 go to server tab

13 select Mineplex server and click Join Server on the right hand side

14 be patient and you should then get a menu that says Server List, if by chance it logs into mineplex just exit and start over at step 12 above

15. scroll down to "Connect to a Server" and click

16 you will then add server IP address given to you by our email accepting your request to join the server

17 add the server port we give you

18 and finally name it MCMRSAM and click the slider that says add to server list.

19 then our server will be in your list just click on it and you will enter our Minecraft Server at the spawn point.

XBOX and Computer and OS devices

If you server list has the button to add server you will follow those prompts on your device to senter the ip and port number we need you at registration to join our Minecraft Server.
